My Services
My services are very selective, I only work with clients on a referral bases or I must have had a successful working relationship with you in the past. I will also gladly give you information on any of these available properties. If I do not know you, we will mutually interview each other and see if we have similar goals. I do not use standard means of finding properties for the clients that I work with. I go outside of MLS and actually work with 30+ years of contacts that I have made to find a match to your needs. If I can not find you something quickly I will refer you to someone that I feel is a competent local Broker. I am very selective in my Broker selections and only refer like minded, hard working people. I am currently very active in building Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) throughout the Silicon Valley. I love to educate clients of the importance of ADUs to help with affordable housing and age-in-place options in addition to the extra income that can be made with ADU's (granny flats, In-law quarters, backyard homes, guest houses, caretakers unit etc...).
My philosophy
You are unique and so are your needs. I have vast experience in all forms of real estate. Finance, sale, investment, development, construction and creative marketing. Together we can find the special real estate opportunity for you, but our philosophy and goals must be similar. I only work with people that are ready to buy now and on very rare occasions I will work with sellers. I must know that I have a very good chance at meeting your goal of buying or selling.
My specialities
I have developed and built custom home subdivisions, track homes, industrial condominiums, developed land, repositioned commercial properties, speculated and invested. I understand financing on multiple levels and started my career as a mortgage banker. I find opportunities that sometimes appear not available and then present the options that I have found, to you.
